1. Use of Products

All products supplied by ChemAesthetics are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development purposes. By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges, warrants, and agrees that these products are not intended for human or veterinary use, food additives, medical devices, cosmetics, or any other unauthorized applications.

2. Buyer Representations

The Buyer represents that they possess the necessary training, laboratory equipment, and safety protocols required to handle raw chemical reagents safely. The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold ChemAesthetics harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized testing of our products.

3. Refusal of Service & Order Cancellation

ChemAesthetics reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our absolute discretion if we suspect a product is being purchased for human consumption or domestic misuse. Any inquiries regarding human application, dosing, injection protocols, or reconstitution for human use will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

4. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
